Don't know who this was. They called while I was sleeping and ring was off. No message. Caller ID said NEW YORK. I only know a couple of people in NYC and this number is not one of them.
I told one of them the other day, "Now whenever I see an Indian on the street I wonder if he is stupid and unethical. Why would you continue to call me year after year wanting me to buy your drugs when I say "no" to you every month?" He hesitated and then answered, "Because we are stupid and unethical." I love their fake English names. One who could barely speak intelligible English called himself Hamilton Alexander. I asked him to spell his name and he couldn't. Another caller started by saying he represented U.S. Pharmacy. When I told him I don't deal with U.S. Pharmacy, he responded, "I mean Global Pharmacy."
Several times I have called Global Pharmacy, both the "original" Canadian company --which was thrown out of Canada last year by Canada's high court for selling without prescriptions-- and the renamed Global Pharmacy International which is the same company still in Canada using the same phone number-- and I talked to Karen and Bruno who claimed that Global is not doing the telemarketing. When I ask how Global's client records got out to the sham telemarketers, they gave me various reasons. Karen said Global files had been hacked. Months later Bruno told me the Mumbai suppliers steal the files AND THE DRUGS and sell them via telemarketing.
When I told Bruno that the callers promised me 85 percent discount and after I said I could get a better deal, they promised to add another 25 percent to the order. Bruno told me Global should start buying from them.
In the end, I am convinced that Global folks lie about not being connected to the telemarketers. The proof? After Bruno told me Global had erased my files including name and phone number, ten minutes later I got a call from his "Refill Department" saying I had called the company and did I want to reorder. Apparently my files had not been erased.
Now I just insult the callers after taking up as much of their time as possible with questions that imply third-world status which they hate. For example, do they wash their left hand after wiping themselves. When they resort to profanity I smile knowing I got to them. Nothing stops the calls, though. They're oo stupid and unethical.
These animals- and they are low life animals - have been calling me as many as 5 times a day, every day for 8 years. I have grown to hate these lowlife scum beyond description. I have told them, I will never buy from you -ever - under any circumstances. They laugh! One of their telemarketers tells me he lives to torture people. He laughs and says he loves to call me every day. I have tried every thing to get rid of them but nothing works. They call me from a different number every day. Now they even call with an unknown number that disappears before i can put it into my blocked call list. The lengths these sickos will go to is unprecedented and our own Gov. will do nothing to stop them.
