Who called from 9146671291

Called said they wanted to discuss problems with my computer.  Classic scammer.  Told him I was quite good on my own and hung up.

3rd scam call of the day and i'm on the DNC list. This is beyond frustrating...

ID says Binns Shane.  I do not know who or what he is but he's persistent. Keeps calling and calling.  I never answer.
