calls and hangs up.

every day at 8:30am  what the hell if you can't talk why do you have a phone

Just got a call at work.  Answered the phone, could hear what sounded like a TV in the background, could hear "it" breathing, then they hung up.

Not a clue as to who they are.

Received a call at my place of work, asking for purchasing dept (we don't have a purchasing dept)- rude rude rude  and lots of noise in the background

Called this morning ... left no message other than a brief dial tone.
