Got a call on my cell phone saying that i need to call this number about some kind of fraud.If i didn't call they would serve me papers at my job.The voice sounded like a recording or like the voice was being changed.What ever happened to people sending mail.That way there is proof.One more thing people get served without knowing it
Yes I have and it was yesterday 6.16.15 but they didn't give me their company name or their name and i owe 2650 for a payday loan. I paid all of them since 2009 i only had 1 at a time and all this stupid crap and i will be forced to go to court. I said ok bring it. I played it safe to put a stop on my checking account not to draft anything. the lady only told me the 3rd party for the payday loan which is b.s once you get a payday loan it's those people not a 3rd party u moron. They gave me the name oakwood services llc. Bunch of [***] who belong in jail for doing this to innocent people and take their money.
I have been receiving calls from this number 914 902 1046 and also 843 714 8469 telling me about a judgement against me and will be filing a lawsuit against me June 14 and 15 16 2015. They will bring me to court for the amount of 2,650 for non payment of payday loan. Such b.s. When I told her that on the phone she said ok it's what you believe. I told her no, it's what i know im not going thru this nonsense and to stop calling me. The lady who called me from 914 902 1046 never gave me her name or company name. She told me the payday loan 3rd party name is oakwood services llc. I told her no such thing as that name that I remember for a payday loan. I told the lady this is not true so stop calling me - she told me ok well good luck to you then you will go to jail and be fined. I said ok that's fine and I hung up.
Endless calls and scams about paying an outstanding payday loan. They are always pressing charges of some kind of fraud. The whole thing is a scam just ignore these jokers.
stating I owe a payday loan from 02/2009 and if I do not pay I will be serve papers. She was very nasty about it. I told them I do not owe no payday company money.
I got a phone call from this number saying I took out a payday loan in Nov 2009 I'm like ok I monitor my credit and if I took out such loan and never paid it....it would be on my credit report She said not really she then ask me to verify my last 4 of my ssn I kept asking her why? She then went ahead and said I took out this loan when I lived at some weird address in Jersey when I told her I don't know about this address which in reality I don't she then said So give me your address now so we can send you the correct documents I then hung up on her. She then started calling me back non stop. This is fake please beware
