Give out NOTHING. Just insult them & tell them you are turning it over to the "secret Police" who will be waiting for them when they pick up their money.. IF they find someone stupid enough to send them any!
My sister just got a call from this number and didn't answer because she didn't recognize the number. No voicemail was left. She has a backup phone she never uses and it has the outgoing caller ID blocked so she called the number. It is the DEA scam and the message said to give your name, phone number, docket number and the investigating officer's name. My sister left a message stating we were the real DEA and we don't call people to extort money. She also said our fraud department was in the process of tracking them down and we would arrest them soon. The voice on their message had a heavy Bronx accent so call was apparently not from overseas call center. My sister has never ordered drugs over the Internet so this is definitely a scam. If you get a call from this number do not answer. The DEA does not call you, they come to your house and arrest you.
