Anybody have any idea who this number belongs to?  CID only says Texas, and of course they didn't leave a message.  My rule is if I don't recognize the number I don't answer.  You'll have one chance to leave a message, and if you don't, I "blacklist" the number and it will not be given the opportunity to ever leave a message again.

Against my better judgement, I did try calling the number back to see if I could ID who was trying to call, but I only got dead air...no ring, no nothing, just dead air.  Oh well, it will never bother me again!
