Received call from this number, no caller ID name, no message left.  Called number back and got a recording "You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service"  this indicates either a spoofed number, number not assigned being used in a scam or a number that is from an outbound call center and doesn't take inbound calls, typically telemarketing / sales - either way soliciting, fraud, sales or scam
