Company called Full Beauty. They left a message about a recent charge on my card. I had bought a gift certificate for my sister for her birthday using my store card, and they wanted to verify I had made the charge. I was happy to confirm so they released the hold on the order and are shipping it out.

It isn't always about collecting a debt. If you are in good standing with this company, make sure you call them back. There may be an issue with an order or someone got your card and is charging away.
