Who called from 9152453402

Called my home phone. No message. Unknown who this might be. Do Not Call doesn't seem to have much effect on some people.

This number calls but hangs up when I answer. From my research it appears to be a bill collector.

Got an abandoned call at my office from them. Called back, this number belongs to a "Convergetnt Outsourcing Inc".  I think they are a debt collection agency.

Just got a recorded call from Kelly Smith, don't really know what they wanted.
