This guy is calling himself Paul Barrack and he is a scammer and a thief. His only angle is e xtortion. Never send him any money no matter what reason he provides. I am curreny coordinating the authorities to tap him on the soon. If you have a scammer agency whefe ever you are then report him. He is a liar and he has scammed both my fiancee and me of thousands over the purchase of a property in Sweden.
He goes by Dr Long, a banker for Swdan Bank ABSA. He tells me there is an account in my name, worth over 2,000,000 but needs 15K in taxes in order to transfer the money. He must work with others as the fund came fom a lawyer that contacted me through a woman I know. Pretty elaborate scam.
