This number belongs to "Plans for Life" recruiter in El Paso, TX(according to their voicemail message that simply asks you to leave your number if you want to be contacted). They may simply be trying to cold-call sell insurance policies, but since I previously held an insurance license, and these desparate dumpster divers dig through public records data, they are probably desparatly trying to recruit licensed insurance agents to hawk their products.
