they call from this number in spanish asking for a company I am related, and then hang up try to call but got  a busy signal

This is a call coming from an internet service provider(Cablemas) in Cd. Juarez, Mexico.  Everytime my friend calls me Mexico, this # is displayed.

Supposedly,a caller calling from ENSONATA Mexico,yet this is an EL PASO TEXAS area code and phone number.Claimed to be calling regarding a craigslist post.Ensonata is nowhere near El Paso TX and is near San Diego CA,not TX.I thought it was weird and Im not answering again or selling anything to this guy.
