Who called from 9156339451

Missed the call, didn't leave a message, and even worse, states on Caller ID that it is US GOVT.

Anyone hear about this?

received a call from this number but nothing showed up on the caller id except this number. No message was left.  I called the number back and got a message that it wasn't a working number.

It's the Small Business Administration.

I received the same type of call today. Caller ID shows like New message from: "US GOVT from 915-633-9451". I tried to check the message, but there is nothing. Is it a SPAM?
