I also received a call on my cell phone from this number. When I called the number back I received the message that is was a non working number by Alltel.
I JUST HAD MY PHONE ACTIVATED BY ALLTEL. THIS IS THE NUMBER THEY CALLED ME FROM TO CONFIRM MY PHONE WAS ACTIVATED.
I HAVE SEVERAL NUMBERS ON MY PHONE THAT I NEEDED TO PROGRAM AND A FEW I DID NOT RECOGNIZE SO I GOOGLED THE NUMBERS AND REMEMBERED THIS WAS THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM ALLTEL!
I got a call from this number and didn't recognize it so didn't answer it. The caller said it was Chris from Verizon making sure I was happy with the transition from Alltel to Verizon.
