CNAM indicated EL PASO TX Reminded me of the Merle Haggard melody "Okie from Muskogee" with modified words: "I'm proud to be an arsewhole from El Paso....."
This number came active just in the last few days (today is 1/7/17) and is listed by White Pages as a scam. Don't know exactly what they are up to. Block it.
Just got a call from this number. Send it to voicemail. No actual message, but I could hear foreign voices (Indian or maybe Pakistani) in the background. Definitely a scam.
India scammers pretending to sell Viagra and medical alert junk, but they really want to take your credit card number and make hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases with it. When I have the time, I like to toy with them and troll them along on the phone for as long as possible. Tell them that they sound very much like your Pakistani neighbor. To tell many of these India mofos that they are Pakistani is worse then shouting expletives at them in English or Hindi. If they deny that they are Pakistani, tell them that you have talked with many people from both India and Pakistan over the years, and that they definitely sound Pakistani, not India. Then tell them that they should ask their parents for the truth about their Pakistani origins. You can often really explode their blood pressure that way. LOL! No one from Pakistan ever tries to scam people over the phone by selling fake Viagra or pretending to be the IRS and wanting you to wire money to them. But these hundreds of India scammers bring out the racism in Americans to hate East Indians, just like too many of the recent shootings and bombings in the name of Islam have tainted Middle Eastern cultures with racism.
