Do not answer this call -- it's a total scam.  I never answer numbers I don't recognize, and I don't know anyone in Citrus Heights, California.  They left a message telling me this was my final notice:  the IRS is about to file fraud charges against me and issue a warrant for my arrest.  Hey, I don't put anything past the IRS, but they certainly don't notify you by PHONE (and especially via voice mail) if they are after you.  They never  addressed me by  my name in the voice mail -- another giveaway.  The whole thing is a joke, but it really angers me that there are naive people out there who will fall for this.  Please -- if you receive a call from this number, DO NOT ANSWER, AND BLOCK IMMEDIATELY.
