Received a call from this number. The caller left no message.

answered and loooong pause then a person said "hello" - seems like telemarketer and is now blocked

Second time in two days I got a call from this number. They left a message, but no one spoke. There was chatter in the background. Sounded maybe like a telemarketer.

called my cell phone once on 7/28 and then today 8/7.  Did not leave any message either time.

This number has called numerous times over the last month. I've answered two other times and asked who was calling and they hang up. I answered today and he said he was from the "Kids Leukemia foundation" and they were looking for donations. I said I can't help, someone started yelling in the background and he hung up. This seems like a scam!
