Callers first question Can youn hear me? My respone...the finger on the 'block caller' button. Several callers start out by asking, Hello this is Brook, can you here me? I just don't wait any more.

Called up saying they had gotten a report of my "Back Pain" and just needed my doctors name to send it to him.  They knew my name and address.  When I said they should know my doctors name if they had all that information already they called me stupid and hungup.

This number 1 (916) 277-0670 called almost 50times a day I got a technique of not talking first and when they hear no one is talking , they hung up

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
