Received two separate voicemails on my cell today 7/12/17. Both were same recording with woman's voice stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to immediately call 916-281-7271. Um, yeah, right..
This person calls herself Martina West, an agent representing IRS. It's a SCAM!
She is claiming you were audited by the IRS and records show you failed to file form 745.
She claims warrants have been issued for your arrest and your property, bank accounts, and debit cards will be seized if you don't take care of it immediately.
She sounds very official, and convincing, however don't be fooled. I called her back to inform her I figured out this was a scam, she hung up one, and now will not answer when calling from my number.
