Called 3 times over the weekend to my work phone so I came here first like I always do and noticed it's related to BofA and I do have serveral credit cards with balances with BoA. I called the number and there is a recording that says it is Bank of America's Customer Experience Center. They give you another number to call to discuss your BofA experience if you so wish at 1-800-490-5065. Although these calls are annoying, I always breath a sigh of relief to at least know exactly who it is becuase so many numbers are a dead end. Thank you to all who keep informing us of numbers..had the person not left the other message I would have worried lots more. Hope this info helps the next "victim"!
Just received an automated call claiming to be with BoA Customer Experience and wanting me to answer some questions about a recent interaction with BoA...no recent interaction with BoA comes to mind so I hung up. If they really want to interact they should do it in person, not with automated phone calls.
I have been getting calls from Bank of America for the past 3 days. They finally left a message to call back on the same number. I then turned around and called my bank and I was told it is a scam. So hope this helps.
This number has called me 4 times in two days. Same deal...they hang up, I call back to see what is what and I get the message to call the 800 number. I did a 'trace' on this number that appears as Bank of America on my caller ID...and guess what? they are in Sacramento, CA., using Pac-West Telecom, Inc. as their carrier and the business name is OF AMERICA BANK. I have reported it to the FBI and the FTC.
HEY, THIS IS NOT, I REPEAT . . . NOT BANK OF AMERICA. OMG I got a call from that number, too, and I saw the Bank of America on the caller ID. I said screw them, I'll call the number on the back of my BoA credit card. It's a scam looking for your info. Don't be a victim.
