Who called from 9165963787

Received call from woman at 916.596.3787.  Caller was an extremely persistent telemarketer and stated the call was being recorded.  Her company is offering a free trial period subscription to aba journal, etc. and she just needed me to say "yes" to get me signed up.  I told her no in any number of different ways before having to hang up while she continued talking.

I periodically get calls from this number and when I answer there is dead silence.  I say hello a few times then hang up.  Annoying.
