Called me this afternoon - no one there. Probably a robocall that disconnects if on the Do Not Call list.

It's not been my experience that frauds using a predictive dialer care about your state or national DNC registrations, hence it would be absurd for a mass dialer to abandon a call to you based on any such registration. The far more likely case is that someone else answered live before you could, and your call got dumped along with several others. The FCC and FTC have rules against that "ring and run" abuse, which the aforementioned frauds frequently violate.

Called my cell phone, left no message. My number is in the DNC registry, but obviously they don't care.

Called my cell phone. No messag left.  Now blocked another dum-dum.

This number called.  I didn't pick up & no message was left. Pulled number up here & after seeing these postings, they are BLOCKED.
