This caller is using the internet. So it is not something conventional phone companies can trace. Sometimes this name shows up with an internet VO..... number. Other times this name with my own phone number identified as the calling number (phone apparently calling itself) or this name with a vairety of phone numbers from area codes 615, 831, 121, 218, 844, 646, 917 206, 480, and a strange number that has one digit, or more frequently, 19988. Other names occasionally tied to the associated numbers are ER, Convergence Res, and Vonage Holdings.
Follow up, a little bit more information. These numbers and names have been combined with each other that we are confident it is the same caller. Most the time they hang up. Three times the identified numbers left messages over the past 6 months. Different scams. (1) either selling some kind of insurance you need immediately, please pay over phone, (2) customer help with either alarm or computer, please pay over phone, or (3) some person at this number has a 10 year old debt in collections, please call immediately to pay half the debt and outstanding balance will be forgiven. The scam is to get you to give credit card information to them.
This guy is relentless- calls 3-4 times a day- I dont pick up & I can't seem to block the # on my land line.

Caller ID says Tambriz Guarcha. If the phone companies would stop allowing any name to be attached to a number, we would know who is calling and could take further action against these pests.
