I received a phone call from the same company Goldman Walker and Associates. They said they were going to file 3 third degree felony charges against me from a payday loan company. Some lady named Investigator Diane Watson gave a ultimatum saying to pay them $1,000.00 in 2 hours or I would be arrested for check fraud. I immediately contacted my attorney, and she advised me to have them call her office. When I spoke with the so called "investigator" again I told her exactly what my attorney said, and she became irate, and hostile. The investigator then said "why cant you give her my number yourself." I then repeated to her the words my attorney told me. Sounding extremely puzzled and frustrated she asked me to have my attorney call her. I then asked her "what is the name of the company my attorney is calling" and she answered Goldman Walker and Associates in a dejected voice and hung up the phone. The number she called from was a Texas number 281-891-3931
These people are rude and totally unprofessional. Don't know how that got all of my personal information and call me with false allegations. Whoever behind this company need to be stop and continue reported to U.S. Attorney General Office. This company prey on individuals in hoping to solicit money from family, friends, etc. In making false claims.
My mom received a call from an Amanda Black today asking for me to call her regarding 2 charges made against me and she left a case number. I waited until after business hours and called back to leave a message. I've been researching Goldman Walker and Associates and haven't been able to find any substantial information on them except for these posts. What should I do if this "Amanda Black" calls me back tomorrow? The number she left is 281.301.1638
