Who called from 9174645282

Recieved a call from +9174645282. Silence on their end when i answered. Twice. So i hung up. They immediately called me again and they still didn't say anything. I told them not to call if they weren't going to say anything. Then hung up. They didn't call back. But it's still aggravating.

Call came from a New York #  Computer generated voice claiming there's a warrant for my arrest.  If it's computer generated it's a scam

SAID THEY WERE THE IRS AND THERE WAS A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME

The IRS does not initiate communications
with a "cold call" to unsuspecting people.
Instead
The IRS always sends snailmail letters first!

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.
