I don't answer numbers not in my contact list. I don't have people I know call me outside my state. Didn't leave a voicemail either. Blocked the number.

called and i answered said nothing, so i put them on speaker and said i have unlimited mins u can sit and listen to my tv, they hung up instantly

So tired of these calls. 2nd one from a different spoofed number in the last 30 minutes.

Which is why there is no need to attempt to engage them in a civilized conversation, for telecriminals (like these), don't care about anything except scamming people out of their hard earned money.
