his new number is 856-912-[removed]. I met with him for 3 hrs while he babbled on about stupid [***] trying to prove hes a grand master at coaching high rollers and is set for life financially. His stories kept running around in circles and he was talking very fast and would look around to see if people were watching him. Like a paranoid psycho. He said he was banned from all casinos so he needs someone to get the high rollers for him and then he will do the rest as far as coaching players on how to win. He told me I would make $25,000 a month. He is a complete liar and do not listen to anything he says. As soon as he told me he was arrested at Parx casino and i found out his last name I googled him. I wasted 3 hrs with him at cherry hill mall and 2 hrs on the phone with him. He told me his next stops were to the kansas casinos, Milwaukee, and the indian reserve in california so BEWARE. He wrote on the job post that he is affiliated with boyd casinos which he is not!!!
Man faces trial in massage case
Steven Min is charged with impersonating a gaming official at Sands casino.
October 20, 2010|By Pamela Lehman, OF THE MORNING CALL
KEVIN MINGORA / THE MORNING CALLA woman said when she met the man who was seeking massage therapists for high rollers at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, she felt at ease because he wore a three-piece suit, carried two BlackBerries and knew all the dealers by name.
The woman testified at a hearing Wednesday that Steven Min, 35, told her he was a member of the state Gaming Control Board. State police charged him in September with impersonating a public servant.
At Min's hearing before District Judge Patricia Romig-Passaro, the woman said Min spent hours showing her the table games at the casino so she could gauge when high rollers might need a massage to relax. Later that night, she said she gave Min a massage at a Bethlehem hotel and he paid her $160.
Police said they are still investigating the woman's claim that Min had sexual contact with her.
Min — who was nearly an hour late for the hearing — denied that he told the woman he was on the state gaming board.

Romig-Passaro ruled evidence exists for Min to face trial on the charge of impersonating a public servant. When the hearing concluded, Min was handcuffed and arrested by state police for a Delaware County warrant on charges of criminal activity at another casino.
Police said Min posted an ad on Craigslist stating he was a Pennsylvania gaming board member and worked for Sands. The woman said she responded to the ad Sept. 9 and met Min at the casino.
The woman testified she felt "at ease and safe" with Min because he chatted easily with the Sands dealers and showed her around.
"I really believed he was with the Sands and the Pennsylvania gaming board," she testified.
The woman said she brought along her massage table and supplies and Min told her he needed to test her capability as a masseuse. The woman said she went with Min to a hotel room and gave him a massage and he paid her.
She said she contacted police five days later because she believed Min's claims were not legitimate.
"I was kind of in shock because of what happened," she testified.
Bethlehem police Investigator Moses Miller testified Min admitted posting the online ad. Min told police he owned a large car company in New York and planned to bring in gamblers to the Sands.
Min is not employed by the Sands, nor is he on the gaming board, Miller said.
Min testified his job is to open accounts and maintain them for gamblers. He said he was looking for a massage therapist that he could call on a regular basis.
He held up the police affidavit and jabbed it with his finger.
"What this is, is a story given by a third-grader," Min said loudly. "This is a waste of taxpayer dollars. It's hearsay."
A few minutes later, Romig-Passaro issued her ruling and Min was patted down and handcuffed.
He's still out and about. Usually in casinos still. Even if he was charged, the crime wasn't serious enough to keep him in jail for any worthwhile time.
