Who called from 9176282202

Received a call today from 917-628-2202. The recorded message says the IRS has a law suit against me and I should call 917-628-2202 immediately. I did not call the number because I know the IRS will send a letter and not call me. The IRS will  allow me to attempt to resolve a tax issue prior to filing a law suit against me.  I will wait for my court date.

Received a call - did not leave message.  Called a second time and I answered.  Very robotic recorded statement tell you to call this number back because someone has filed a suit against me.  They are reaching out to me before it gets turned over the local court system.

This looks like spam call or you could call it phishing call.

I declined this unknown call, cheap robot message stated a lawsuit had been filed 'on my name' and I should call them back before the suit is 'sent to my local courthouse'. Blocked like all the other losers spending time trying to cheat people!!

Same thing as the other callers.  I've had this scam happen to me last year.  I know the IRS will only contact you via snail mail.
