received call, did not pick up

I received a phone call this morning no mesage left. I called them back and was hung up on.

Received multiple calls throughout the day from this number and when I did decide to pick up the caller remained silent if you see this number do not answer

Received a call telling me I had a proposed with my computer. He said I had malware on it. Told him I did not own a computer, then he hung up on me.

Keeps getting calls from this # but no messages. I tryed texting asking who it was & what did they want?  Never got a reply. Then decided to call and went to some sort of call center and a recording told me to "please hang on, your call is very important to us. An agent will be right with you."  So i waited for a few minutes and nobody ever got on the line and then i hung up. Trippy
