I don't know if this is the number that they have been robocalling me from since I do not have caller ID on our home phone. We are on the DNC. I have been getting several robo calls a week concerning business loans (same recording). I play the game to find out who they are. When talking to a live person, I give them all kinds of false information and in the midst of that, ask who they are such as their company name and 800 number, and they refuse to give that to me over the phone,but say it will all be in the email (but I just make up an email address so I would never see it) Yesterday, they told me who they are. Bizbloom (www.bizbloom.com). The man I talked to is Joe and he gave me his cell phone number - 515-974-1223. The company's number that is also on their website is 1-866-535-2492. I did call them and asked to talk to a manager who said that they use two services for marketing. I told him it was up to him to shut them down. I doubt that they will though
This number called our business today at 1024 hours. Caller ID said "New York NY" so I knew there was a 99% chance it was yet another scam artist peddling business "loans." I picked up the phone but said nothing. No one spoke on the other end so obviously it was an annoying calling system that waits for someone to speak before either triggering an idiot message or transferring the call to the next available scam artist, I mean, representative. Another site indicates it was indeed a business "loan" scammer/spammer.
This was a company called BizBloom. They are a "commercial lending" company. When they called they hung up. When I called back I asked to be removed from their list and I was hung up on. After calling back and being hung up on several times a man identified himself as John Altman, said he was the manager and that my number would be removed.
