Who called from 9178023115

Called, no name or location on caller ID. Area code is New York, I know no one in New York or have any business dealings there. Blocked the call.

"Unavailable" .......... Laughter in the background ...... BLOCKED

it rang and just heard them say good-bye.

Received call.  ID  reflected it was a Cell Phone in NY.
Once answered there was the  obvious delay in getting a live person on other end... that should always make one suspicious!
A voice with an Indian/Pakistani accent stated they were Window Support &  they had identified a problem with my computer.

I told them to give me a reference number & I would call back Windows Support once I looked up the Windows phone number on the internet...
When I asked him to repeat the first letter of the Ref. number (remember he was not a native English speaker) he stated  that "You are a Bad listener" and hung up.

I may be a bad listener but I am not a stupid one either

Thank you for posting. I just received a call from this number and looked it up here on 800notes before answering. Did not answer.
