Who called from 9178542216

Called twice today, the second time they left a message "...the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you...". Now blocked, called ID showed  "wireless caller"

Yep. The old IRS is going to sue you.  Blocked after their first call at 7:47 am.  Four more calls followed.

IRS calling to say they were filing a law suit.
The IRS will NEVER call,they only communicate via postal mail.

I went out to hangouts and dialed them for three straight hours, trying to keep them from fraudulently calling other people I had called them and asked if they were ISIS.
