I found this incoming call this noon. I could not answer the call. does anyone know who he is?

Hi, I'm from Indonesia, I also receive call exactly from the same number,
After I pick up the call, he mentioned that want to talk to me (exactly know my name), and ask me how are you today, then after that suddenly the call was ended.
Try to call and sms no reply
Did you get any info about the caller, if yes please help to share to me at [email protected] about who is the caller .

I recieved a call from this number after i registred for a canadian visa , he asked some information about my studies and why i need to go to canada , and after he asked me how i gonna pay for visa and tickets the call was ended , he called twice the first i didn't answert bcz i was sleep an the second was after 9 hours
