If you have a smart phone you can save the number to your contacts and then go into settings and click send straight to Voice Mail and it will not even ring anymore.
This is the second time I've gotten a call from these +918-0 numbers. Didn't answer either time, no message was left either. I've never heard of any number prefix beginning with 0 and the + I would assume is overseas. Seems like after I registered on the "Do not call" list, I've been slammed with odd texts and calls.
