Repeated calls for "lowering my credit card rates" and also using other 918 area code numbers. when Recorded message from English speaker then if you push the # for a live person you get someone who can't pronounce crap. Have no significant CC debt and can recognize a scam when I hear one but no amount of tries will get rid of these Bozos. Logic, reason, insults, nothing works and I have a full blocked call and still get 2/3 calls per day. These people are REALLY dumb and totally obnoxious.
