Who called from 9182012708

I received a call last week from Rebecca Lewis from Jones and Collins mediation services regarding an outstanding payday loan.
I don't have any payday loans.
I tried to find Jones and Collins online to no avail. This lady is not a foreigner,  an American.
This is ridiculous.

I received a call from Rebecca Lewis saying I had an outstanding payday loan, when I told her I have never applied for or received a payday loan of any kind, she called me a deadbeat, and set their phone system to call me every hour on the hour which is against debt collection laws, they call on Sunday, which is also against the law. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal trade commission

this is the "mediation department " attempting to collect a debt for some bank called Columbus bank  at first they didn't want to disclose the bank but then after telling them that I have never in my life gotten a loan from a bank they proceeded to tell me that it was 1000.00 to settle or 1500.00 if I don't pay right away. so that includes the collection fees this is killing me. they also threatened fraud on my credit report

File a complaint with the Federal trade commission, it's a against u.s. debt collection laws to threaten you with credit reporting threats.

I  received  the  same call, I  stated that  I  never  received  a  payday  loan  for 500.00 dollars in my life and be mistaken.  She stated  she was so I asked who is  her clients  and  who would  be  the company.  She told me that it was a cease  and ? and she couldn't  give me the name but I  could  expect court  papersystem and appear in front of a judge,  so I  told that what she would  have  to  do.  And I  this is a scam. She said ok but you can check  the  number.  Something  wrong  with  something  somewhere  and this need to be investigated.  I  going to contact  BBB and the state attorney  to find out if this has been  a continuous  thing
