Undoubtedly garbage. I have had three prerecorded messages left on my answering device about a case pending against "you", without stating who the "You" was. Said to press 1 to be connected to someone and then disconnected. No name or number was left. Probably fishing to see which numbers call them back or not. I wouldn't waste my time on this, or lose any sleep over it unless they provide a whole lot more information then they have, and then I would be really careful, and do due diligence to check them out before I would even talk to them or say who I was. Called me several times with several threats as stated above. I now have gotten six supposed last calls. Same lady used two different names, Carolyn Grace and then Joyce Willingham. The organization she claimed to represent does not exist, according to my research. FCC, time to step in and end this scammer's activities. My search said the call came from a home in Oklahoma near Tulsa.
