This is a phone scam. They tell you there is a pending case for mediation. When I called, they claimed I owed money for a payday loan. When I told then I could prove that was false, they immediately hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor, was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Called back, informed the lady that the call was being recorded, she immediately hung up. Every subsequent call has resulted in immediate disconnection.  Reported to FTC. Company name is Moss, Ryan and Associates. The voice mail sounds very convincing, but when you call back, it's immediately apparent that it's a scam.
