I'm getting calls from them claiming they have to serve me time sensitive court documents. I looked them up and everything screams scam. One of them claimed it was a payday loan company filling the complaint because I didn't pay a bill, but I've never used a payday loan company before. I get these calls at least once a day so today I got fed up with it and answered. I told her I know it's not legit and they need to stop calling me. She instantly got angry and laughed at me and said "Fine! Then I can't wait to see you in court so I can personally laugh in your face!"
CID showed Collinsville OK. Just one, of many, numbers a PHONY process serving scam company uses. This is a new one though. It's from the idiots who say there are "civil complaints" filed against you and they need to deliver "time sensitive papers" and to call 872 253-0580 NOW! They also say that this is the last time they will notify you. Funny, they say that every time!
I just got the call with the same results, a process server with legal papers that will be served to me. Didn't call the 872 253 0580 till I checked here. Now I don't need to.
I just got a call on my cell phone from this number. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize it. They didn't leave a message. Usually the people who call about the civil complaints leave a message, by my experience.
