This is a spoofed number. I answered and there was silence. After waiting a few seconds. I hung up. Curious, I dialed the number back. I received a disconnect notice. Who the scammer is, I have no idea. However the number they actually called from was re-routed through the number on my caller ID. Heads up, everybody! The calls from scammers on my home phone number (which has been in place for decades) have increased to the point where I  am seriously considering changing my phone number. But I wonder if it would really help...
