This call left a pre-recorded voice message. It sounds like an offer for refinancing a mortgage. "...last chance to respond, this offer ends today." They must be using some public records to generate their call list. We just refinanced recently. It seems like they would want to call you BEFORE you refinanced. Oh well, it IS Oklahoma! :-)
