This is the Tulsa World Newspaper and is listed as World Publishing on caller ID.  They call 2-3 times a day. I've answered twice as I am a subscriber. I looked up their legitimate number for customer service and this is it. No one is on the line or speaks and no message left.  Won't be answering again and will block if it continues.

Caller ID lists this as World Publishing. It also is the same number for Tulsa World Newspaper. They call several times a day.  I am not a subscriber; never have been. No one responds when you answer. I have had to block the number.
