Who called from 9186001987

Probably another scammer with a spoofed number trying to get us to answer by using a local number.  Caller ID said Tulsa, OK.   I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  Blocked it.

Answered, nothing on other end. Will block as it, no doubt, was phishing for viable phone numbers.

When we answered the telephone a male voice said, "Hello, this is Ryan from the national monitoring center.  How are you doing today?"  At that point we hung up and blocked the telephone number.

Did not answer and no voice message was left.  Will block this number.
