Wanna-be illegal used car dealer.  He calls Craigslist and Auto Trader ads acting like a jerk, making lowball offers on cars trying to steal them.  He lies about "buying for my daughter", "buying for my mother", etc. etc. etc.   Very rude and arrogant guy.  Just block this number.
