Who called from 9186405019

My husband and I both received text messages last night from this number that read: "hey make a free profile on text-meet.com its jenn by the way"

i got the same message

I have received calls from 918-640-5019 for about the last 4 days, just like you.  The text message that appears on my cell phone is:  "hey make a free profile on text-meet.com its jenn by the way"  I never heard of "jenn" nor do I answer the phone.  Can I make these calls stop?
