This number belongs to a man who is a scam artist and pretending to be a landlord of homes that he doesn't own. He asks for you to fill out his rental application and then asks for you to wire him money for your deposit and first month's payment.
Ditto to Rachel's comment. Acting like the owner of a home in ABQ, NM. Says he and his family are in Salem, OR due to his job but plan to return and no longer want to sell their home. They will take it off the market once they get deposit and 1st months rent.
I was about to make the security deposit and a first month rent. I google this number and thanks God I read all your comments. Did any of you made the money deposit? This is really sad!! Please be careful.
