This number just started recently calling me at really odd hours early mornings or late at nite. Never leaves a msg. I finally answered it the other day and the guy was a completel [***] and totally rude. Said he was from USR (cant find anthing other then some software compnay that goes by that name), and he needed all our phone numbers, wanted to know where we worked and everything. Of course I gave him nothing! idiot!
I just recently started getting calls from this phone #. They left me a message to call Mr. Ward at 888-505-1573 ext. 4987. I looked up that # on this site and it is United Recovery Services a debt collection agency that has a very bad reputation according to other posts. Several recent lawsuits for violating the Fair Debt Collection laws.. you might look into it.
This is a collection company that is an pain in the rear. Beware of giving them information and they push the envelope of what is legal in collections. You should become familiar with your rights with collection companies (actually read the fair debt collection act) and use it against them. They simply will not take no as an answer.
