I received a call from an Investigator John Butler attempting to locate my mother. She received a call as well. He stated she was being prosecuted for check fraud from 2005 and she would be arrested within 48hours for a felony. After trying to get more detailed information from him she stated she was just going to the sheriffs office herself to get information. His tone then changed and he stated it wasn't that bad. He said he would hold on to her paper work since it sounded like she wanted to take care of the problem. He also mentioned Stanford Mediators. Who is this and is it a total fraud?

He said his name was john butler but the caller is showed john walke. He called looking for sacoya. He said that I have made harassing accusations and threats against some guy and his family. They are pressing charges on 'me' and I had to respond to him immediately. Thing is, There's no one in the house hold under that name and not only did he call my home phone, but my cell phone. I explained that to him but he threatened me more on going to jail. He needs to stop harassing me and calling nonstop. The number he gave doesn't work when you call back. sadly you can't block numbers on cell phones but he's blocked on the home phone.
