Just received a call from this number and answered it. Man on the other end said he was with the "North Carolina Troopers Association". I didn't wait to hear what he was calling about. Hung up on him, and blocked the number. Not sure if he was really with this group or not, but found on the WRAL news web site (via a Google search) that this group has been in trouble in the past for their phone practices.
Just called my house landline. Caller Id said "Durham NC." No legitimate organization would call so many people with no ID for the organization. Up to no good. Do not answer numbers I don't recognize. I check here -- then block the number. Thanks for comments of others.
