Who called from 9192216549

I got a call as well but they hung up when I said hello.
The Caller ID says North Carolina.  I called the number back and it pushed me to an answering machine that stated it was Never Stop Incorporation.

I received a call from the same number and no response when I picked up.
When I called the number, I also got the message, "Hello, you've reached the office of Never Stop Incorporated.  All of our operators are currently taking calls right now.  If you could call us back later, we'd appreciate it.  Thank you."

I tried calling several times in a row and got nothing more than the message.  Just one ring and then the message.

No one on the line.

Got a call this morning. Answered, no one said a word, just hung up.

they called and asked my young niece for the address and name...they said something about n&O
